Why Choose Fusion? (some marketing fluff) but we can include maybe as part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not standard boilerplate but it's promotional. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This "Why Choose Fusion?" is not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However we need to preserve substantive information. It's somewhat promotional but still info about company. Might be okay to include under About the role? But we have to decide sections.
We have sections possible:
- About the role: could include summary of role, mission, etc. The posting includes a summary paragraph about PICU RN role and also "Why Choose Fusion?" which is about company. Could be considered About the role or About the company. Since we have no strict rule, we can include About the role with summary and maybe mission.
- Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (maybe also Preferred Qualifications? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications). The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have both Required and Preferred qualifications. Could combine under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both, we could have a Requirements section for required qualifications, and a Qualifications section for preferred qualifications. Or we could merge. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine required and preferred into one Qualifications section. But we also have Skills section separate.
We have Skills: Required Essential Skills list.
We have Benefits: Benefits Include list.
We have Pay: The posting mentions "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and later "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's not specific numbers, just says competitive pay, stipend TBD. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and mentions pay package based on shifts, stipend TBD. That's somewhat vague but still mentions pay. However "competitive pay" is not a specific number but it's still stating pay exists. The rule says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals". That's a statement about pay, albeit not numeric. I'd say we can include Pay section with that statement. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Highly competitive pay" is not filler per se but it's vague. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since they state "Highly competitive pay", we can include Pay section with that sentence. Also they mention "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That includes stipend TBD, which is filler. Might be better to just include the competitive pay statement and maybe note that pay is based on 12 hour shifts, 36 hours/week. That's not filler.
Schedule: The posting states Shift: 12 hours, nights; 36 hours per week; Duration: 13 weeks. So we have schedule info: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week. So we can create Schedule section with that.
Thus sections: About the role (maybe include summary and mission), Responsibilities (Essential Work Functions), Qualifications (maybe combine required and preferred), Skills (Required Essential Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Other Duties Disclaimer", "Why Choose Fusion?" etc. We omitted those. Also we omitted "Start Date: ASAP" maybe we could include in About the role or Schedule? The posting includes Start Date: ASAP. That's substantive. Should we include it? It's not covered in any section. Could add to About the role or Schedule. Since we have About the role section, we can mention start date ASAP there. Let's incorporate. Add to About the role: "Start date: ASAP". Also Duration: 13 weeks we already have in Schedule. Could also mention in About the role. Let's adjust About the role paragraph to include start date and duration maybe. We'll keep Schedule section for shift details and duration. Now check for any repeated content: We have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" appears both in Benefits and Pay. In Benefits we listed it as first bullet. In Pay we have a sentence. That's duplication but it's from posting; we
