Travel Nurse RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - $1,667 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a PICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Charleston, South Carolina.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel contract at a hospital, with the opportunity to provide intensive and intermediate care to pediatric patients in a Level I Trauma Center. The role involves managing patients with respiratory compromise, trauma, post-operative surgical needs, and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive and intermediate care to pediatric patients.
• Manage patients with respiratory compromise, trauma, post-operative surgical needs, and neurological conditions.
• Administer therapies including ventilatory support, ECMO/CRRT, renal dialysis, and supportive treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive pediatric care.
• Document patient progress accurately in the EPIC system.

Requirements

• 2 years of PICU experience.
• SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and PALS certifications.

Schedule

• 13-week contract.
• 36 hours per week.
• 12-hour shifts: 19:00 - 07:30.

Pay

Pay range: $1,764.45 - $1,852.67 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
