Job Details

• Assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Reviewing patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data.
• Formulating individualized care plans.
• Implementing, coordinating, delegating, and supervising care activities.
• Ensuring adherence to policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care or specialty setting.

Shift

Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.

Pay and Schedule
