Travel Nurse RN - Pediatrics - $1,712 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for a pediatric assignment in Asheville, North Carolina.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract in a hospital setting, focusing on pediatric and oncology patients. The role supports healthcare professionals with opportunities designed to meet today’s workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric and oncology patients in a hospital setting.
• Adhere to hospital policies and unit guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately using Cerner EMR.
• Assist in procedures and utilize equipment such as Alaris pumps as needed.

Requirements

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• APHON certification required for oncology assignments

Schedule

• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12 hours)
• 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Pay

Pay range: $1,812.12 – $1,902.73 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
