Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $3,266 per week

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patient and family that progresses them towards self-identified, holistic, and individualized goals.
• Performs nursing process through individualized assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe, therapeutic, efficient care for patients.
• Promotes quality outcomes.
• Collaborates or seeks additional resources as needed in the management of complex, new/unusual, or other high-risk clinical situations.
• Serves as patient and family advocate in ensuring excellent and satisfying care.
• The Registered Nurse is the direct and indirect provider of safe and therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients. Care is individualized and age-specific using the nursing process.

Requirements

• CA RN license required
• CPR/BLS, NIHSS required
• Ventilator experience (required)
• ICU Step-Down experience (required)
• ICU Skill Set (required)
• Transplant experience (preferred)
• At least three years of recent RN experience working in an RN role required
• At least two years of recent RN experience working in PCU required
• BSN or ADN required

Shift: 12 hours, days, nights (0700-1930 or 1900-0730) – specify your preference
