About the role
Travel nursing assignment in Newark, Delaware. 12-hour day shifts in a 31–40 bed unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. Charting system: Epic. Scrub color: Navy Blue. Float support to medical-surgical units. No special procedures required.
Common diagnoses/treatments: COPD, wounds, infections, diabetes, GI bleed, pancreatitis, sickle cell disease, cellulitis.
Responsibilities
- Provide progressive care to patients in the PCU.
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with 2 years of PCU experience.
- Active RN license (Compact accepted).
- ACLS-AHA and BLS certifications.
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel nursing experience.
Pay
Pay rate: $2,486.00 – $2,614.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
