About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
- Perform duties as assigned by the supervising nurse.
- Assist with patient care activities such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Louisiana.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in progressive care unit preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be willing to travel to various locations within Louisiana.
- Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Louisiana.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12 hours, nights shift.
