Will be required to attend LVAD Class; will have Dobutamine but does not need to titrate. CLN will be required to take a rhythm identification test (proctored) once they start. They get two chances. It is not multiple choice.

Pay
Pay Rate: $2165.00 - $2276.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
