Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,193 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing and will be required to float to similar units as needed. This role demands proficiency with EPIC software for patient management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and updates accurately using EPIC.
• Floate to like units as necessary based on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years recent Telemetry RN experience in a busy level 1 Trauma facility.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS Certification.

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
