About the role
Average 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, night shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients requiring frequent assessment but not unstable enough for critical care.
- Administer medications as ordered.
- Provide hands-on care as needed.
- Monitor and detect changes in patient condition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in progressive care unit preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of pharmacology.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, nights.
