MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified agency, is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU – Progressive Care Unit assignment in Lima, Ohio. Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients who require close monitoring but are not unstable enough for ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital signs, detect changes, and enable intervention for life‑threatening or emergency situations.
• Administer and titrate complex medications based on patient vital signs.
• Provide care in a step‑down/PCU setting, which may include cardiac, medical, neuro, surgical, or ER holding units.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/step‑down setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Weekly payment estimates include a gross estimate of hourly wages plus reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing; a tax‑free stipend amount will be determined.
