Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to cardiac surgery and vascular surgery patients in a progressive care setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and manage cardiovascular medications, including IV drips and cardiac GTTs.
- Assist with procedures such as epidural management, chest tube management, and tube feedings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR.
