Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to patients in the step-down unit during night shifts.
- Float to Intermediate and MedSurg Units as needed.
- Follow hospital policies and maintain patient safety standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in the unit specialty; prefer 2-3 years minimum experience overall
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- Floating to Intermediate and MedSurg Units required
- Pending licensure considered
- Professional appearance with scrubs
- Nicotine-free campus
- Biweekly orientation on Mondays
- First time travelers NOT accepted
- Must include candidate profile, skills checklist, two recent manager/charge references, RN license verification, and all required certifications
Pay
Pay Range: $2,073.72 - $2,177.41 (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
