Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with PCU experience: 2 years
- Active RN license in Oregon (RN-OR)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- No more than 28 days gap in entire work history
- 1 professional reference covering entire work history
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance
