Responsibilities
- Provide specialized cardiac step-down nursing care to patients on 3 West unit.
- Perform bedside rounds and hourly rounding with 5Ps checked.
- Monitor and document telemetry rhythm strips, acknowledging rhythm strips and placing in charts each shift.
- Administer and manage Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and safety.
