About the role
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position involves providing pre- and post-operative care to adult and pediatric patients recovering from various surgical procedures. The role emphasizes managing complex patient needs, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and facilitating safe discharges in a fast-paced, hospital-based setting. PACU RN responsible for patient recovery and discharge procedures for a diverse patient population in a Level II Trauma Center with multiple specialty cases including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, and endovascular procedures.
Requirements
RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; at least 2 years of PACU experience with inpatient, outpatient, and observation care is preferred. Experience with post-cardiac catheter, bronchs, and interventional radiology patients highly preferred. The role includes floating between multiple PACU units and supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing cardiac rhythms

Schedule
Evening shift, 8 hours daily, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
