Travel Nurse RN - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - $2,454 per week

About the Role

Travel nursing position for a PACU - Post Anesthesia Care RN in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role involves working at two different locations within the same hospital: the main hospital and the Day Surgery Center. The position requires floating between these locations to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care in PACU, Pre Op, and Phase 2 units.
• Adhere to a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs at both the main hospital and Day Surgery Center.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience required; first-time travel nurses are not accepted.
• Weekend work as needed per unit requirements.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• No on-call requirements.
• Pending license accepted.
• Not open to local candidates within a 100-mile radius.
• Epic experience required.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026.
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.
• Shift times: 0530-1800, 0700-1930, 0800-2030, 0930-2200, or 1100-2330.
• Block schedule not accommodated.
• Guaranteed hours with potential for up to 3 shifts to be canceled by the client without penalty.
• RTO (Return Time Off) restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
