Award-winning NURSE's Etc. Staffing is currently seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Assist with post-anesthesia care procedures
• Monitor patient recovery and administer medications as necessary
• Document patient care activities and communicate with healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Certification in clinical specialty area preferred
