Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse position available in Westerville, Ohio. This role involves providing post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The candidate will work dayshift hours, with a schedule of four shifts per week, including call shifts. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional committed to patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Ohio residency or licensure eligibility
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a related setting

Qualifications

• PACU certification or previous experience in post-anesthesia care unit is a plus

Schedule

• Dayshift hours from 05:30 to 16:00, four shifts per week
• On-call shifts additional to scheduled shifts
• Potential reassignment to other units as needed
• Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be reassigned to open shifts later in the week or floated to other units or care sites within the healthcare provider's system to meet operational needs

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
