• Staffing: RNs only (unit secretaries and techs available)
• Equipment: Phillips monitor
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Floating policy: may be required minimally
• Patient experience requirements: previous PACU experience, 1 yr ICU

Schedule

• 12‑hour days
• 36 hours per week
• Scheduling pattern: 3/12s or 4/9s

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 1 year ICU experience
• Previous PACU experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Documentation system proficiency: Meditech
• Dress code: required uniform – any dark‑color scrubs

• Management of post‑op craniotomies, spine surgeries, thoracotomies, general GI/GU, vascular and bariatric cases
• ALINE management
• Chest tube management
