About the role
MARSHANTOWN, MA - Martha’s Vineyard Hospital is seeking a travel nurse RN for an outpatient oncology position.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active license in good standing
- 2 years of experience in oncology nursing
- Covered by a valid COVID booster and flu shot
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong clinical judgment

- Knowledge of oncology nursing practices

Pay
$1885.00 - $2001.00 per week
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
