Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,806 per week

About the Role

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a 13-week assignment starting on 09/07/2026, with 40 hours per week on a 10-hour evening shift. Employment type is travel, and previous regular employees are not eligible.

All shifts will be rotating (days, evenings, nights). Call and weekends are required, with call potentially on weekdays and/or weekends. Weekends may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. No block scheduling is available. Call response time is 30 minutes, and in-house call rooms are provided if needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience within the last 3 years (3 years preferred)
• Level 1 Trauma experience (at least 1 year out of the last 3)
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Strong experience (3 or 4 out of 4) in the following specialties:
  • General
  • Ortho
  • Neuro
  • Vascular
  • Trauma
  • Robotics (DaVinci, Cardiac, and drive machine)
  • Transplant
• RNs do NOT need to scrub

Local rate details: Candidates within 50 miles will have a lower rate. Scrubs: Navy Blue.
