About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of an experienced surgeon
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and adherence to hospital policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
