About the role
Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an experienced surgeon.
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
- Prepare operating rooms for procedures and ensure proper sterilization techniques are followed.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience in an OR setting preferred.
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
