Job Summary
NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a position in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures.
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Must live 65+ miles from the facility.
- Must not have been employed by any Ochsner facility within the past year.
Qualifications
- Completion of a CAHEA approved formal training program in diagnostic medical sonography.
- 2 years of sonographer experience, vascular exp required.
- Mandatory experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Skills
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).
- Advanced certification in area(s) of specialty according to facility need.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
