Requirements

• PA or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS certifications required
• RTO required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience
• Work setting experience required: General OR
• Work setting experience preferred: Level I Trauma and Ambulatory OR
• No floating between units
• Weekend requirement: None
• Scrub color: no preferred color
• Charting system: Epic
• Trauma Level I experience required
