Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,580 per week

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in an outpatient surgical center setting. This position involves preoperative care, scrubbing for surgical procedures including robotic surgeries, and facilitating all procedures within the perioperative environment. The role supports the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative care
• Scrub for surgical procedures, including robotic surgeries
• Facilitate all procedures within the perioperative environment
• Support high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant surgical or perioperative setting
• BLS Certification
• Active RN license
• IV skills and surgical care knowledge
• Experience with robotics
• Willingness to wait for licensure verification

Schedule

• 4 ten-hour shifts per week
• Shift hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Weekday shifts only; no weekends or holidays
• Minimal call requirements: 1-2 second calls per month, including one 24-hour weekend call from 7 AM to 7 AM

Skills

• Scrubbing for all procedures, including same-day and overnight stays
• Familiarity with EMR systems: Sunrise (with a go-live for EPIC scheduled for April 1)
