• Number of OR suites: 16 (typically 12‑14 rooms running)
• Service lines: Cardiac/PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants, with small volumes of ENT and plastic procedures
• Equipment: 3 Da Vinci robotic systems; Stealth technology for neuro navigation; primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma
• Preferred role: able to scrub or circulate
• Weekend call: from end of shift Friday until 06:30 am Monday
• Floating: may be required to float across Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran and Iowa Methodist campuses

Responsibilities

• Scrub or circulate in a high‑volume OR environment
• Maintain turnover times under 20 minutes
• Utilize Da Vinci robotic systems, Stealth neuro navigation, and Synthes/Stryker orthopedic trauma equipment
• Support a broad range of service lines including cardiac, neuro, ortho trauma, robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants, ENT and plastics
