Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,515 per week
Operating Room Registered Nurse located in Winchester, Virginia. This position involves providing high-quality perioperative care within a busy surgical services department. The role requires delivering patient-centered nursing care during various surgical procedures, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care during surgical procedures
- Adhere to hospital standards and protocols in a busy surgical services department
Schedule
- Days shift, Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 10-hour shifts
- On-call requirements can include weekends with 6-8 calls per month, including weekends
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience
- Epic electronic health record (EHR) system proficiency
- VA State License or Compact License
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA only)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotics, general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, and thoracic surgery
