About the role
NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Supervise or manage others (preferred)
- Use basic computer skills
Requirements
- Current RN License in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Licensed to work in the state of practice
- Must live 65+ miles from the facility
- No prior employment with Ochsner facilities within the last year
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Skills
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Leadership skills / experience directly supervising or managing others (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
Benefits

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours long and run on a day shift schedule.
