About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Baltimore, MD. This position requires 36 hours per week and works 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide surgical care under the supervision of a surgeon
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and adherence to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent surgical experience
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Experience with operating room equipment and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
