Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $1,960 per week

Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Orange Park, Florida. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within a busy surgical unit that includes trauma, orthopedic, robotic, and various other surgical procedures. The role requires coordination with the surgical team to ensure high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week (13‑week assignment starting 10/12/2026).

Required Qualifications

• Active certifications in TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the operating room
• At least 1 year of charge nurse experience
• Facility‑specific certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trauma, orthopedic, robotic, general, urology, gynecology, ENT, podiatry, maxillofacial, hand, vascular, and open‑heart surgeries
• Familiarity with the Meditech documentation system
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
