Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $2,099 per week

Travel nurse RN Oncology position in Baltimore, Maryland. 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑level care for critically or chronically ill cancer patients.
• Administer chemotherapy under physician direction.
• Implement new methods of symptom treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Create a supportive care environment and educate patients about treatment options and procedures.
• Coordinate treatment plans and provide patient education and treatment tracking.
• Serve as a reliable source of comfort and support for patients and families.
• Attend to numerous details while working under pressure.
• Implement best‑practice treatment protocols in various settings.
• Perform physical demands: stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, stoop, lift up to 20 lb (patient moves may require up to 50 lb).
• Manage hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification.
• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience (minimum 2 years referenced).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
