Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the oncology unit, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
• Perform sterile dressing changes and manage blood and electrolyte replacement protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment, documenting accurately
• Support infection prevention practices and maintain a team-centered approach
