Travel Nurse RN - Nursery - $3,300 per week

About the role

GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Nursery for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts (also noted as Concord, New Hampshire, 03301). Start date: 09/28/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour nights (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). Employment type: Travel. Pay rate: $3,300 per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vaginal births and cesarean section deliveries (including OR attendance)
• Start neonate IVs
• Provide care to neonates in the special care nursery (including grower feeders)
• Administer surfactant via LMA to appropriate candidates
• Care for infants 32 weeks gestation and above
• Float to postpartum or pediatrics units as needed (though unlikely for travelers)
• Accept postpartum or pediatrics assignments when comfortable; otherwise serve as helping hands

Requirements

• 3‑4 years of nursing experience
• At least 2 years of NICU or SCN experience
• Previous NICU or Level 2 SCN required
• Postpartum experience preferred but not required
• ASAP start date (09/28/2026)
• Cerner experience preferred (not required)

Skills

• Cerner experience (preferred)
• Comfortable assisting with deliveries and starting neonate IVs
• Ability to float to postpartum or pediatrics if needed
