Responsibilities

• Assessments, care planning, medications, IVs, treatments and patient education
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, coordinate care and supervise LPNs/support staff
• Evaluate and document patient progress
• Patient-centered, safe and evidence-based nursing care
• Quality improvement, continuing education and collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams

Requirements

Massachusetts RN license required.
