About the role
Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel position in a Level III NICU with 20 beds and an average daily census of 14. Nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3. Primary focus is on postpartum care for babies only, unless the nurse has previous experience with postpartum moms. May be asked to float to Labor & Delivery to attend low-risk deliveries with minimal orientation when additional help is needed. The NICU serves as the baby nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
- Care for postpartum babies; may include postpartum moms if experienced.
- Float to Labor & Delivery to attend low-risk deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.

Pay
Pay Rate: $2,916.00 - $3,097.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
