About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred

Qualifications

• Passing scores on NCLEX-RN
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of neonatal care protocols
• Proficiency in using medical equipment
• Strong organizational skills
