Job Details
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or applicable licensure
- BLS certification is required
- No minimum experience required, but experience in neonatal or pediatric care is preferred
Additional Information
- Responsible for comprehensive neonatal patient assessments, care planning, coordination, and documentation
- Provides direct patient care, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and may participate in research activities
- Ensures communication of patient status and care plans to appropriate team members
- Promotes growth of staff through mentoring and contribution to quality improvement efforts
