About the Role
Travel nursing position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.

- Number of Beds: 51
- Number of Staff: 120
- Day Shift Staffing: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs, 1 tech
- Night Shift Staffing: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- EMR System: Cerner
Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Level III or higher NICU experience (2 years or more preferred)
- Required Certifications:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Floating Areas: Peds, PICU, Mother Baby (babies only)
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
- Preferred Personality Fit: Detail-oriented and organized
