Job Summary

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in Reno, Nevada. This role involves providing comprehensive and specialized care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU or higher.

Job Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nevada Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain and maintain one prior to hire.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• A minimum of three years of exclusive NICU experience in Level 3 NICU or higher, with ventilator training.

Additional Information

• Travelers may be required to float to meet organizational needs up to their competency level.
• Will be required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period.
• The schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
• The department may call off shifts with 48 hours' notice if census is low, per a 13-week contract.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
