About the role

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialty nurse providing specialized care to critically ill neonatal patients within the NICU, delivering high-quality clinical care aligned with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to critically ill neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care following hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
• Follow hospital SOPs and work within interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures specific to neonatal patient care.
• Participate in float rotations as required.

Requirements

• Certification in neonatal or pediatric nursing.
• Valid nursing license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRP).
• Advanced certifications such as NCC in Neonatal Nursing.
