Travel Nurse RN - Neurology - $2,225 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Neurology Nurse (MS NEURO). This position involves providing specialized nursing care on a medical surgical neurology floor with a focus on patient safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role includes floating to multiple inpatient units including medical, surgical/pediatric, orthopedic/neuro, and sub‑acute units.

Start Date: 10/19/2026; Duration: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process
• Administer medications
• Document care
• Develop patient care plans
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Support patient safety and experience with critical thinking and escalation when necessary
• Float to multiple inpatient units (medical, surgical/pediatric, orthopedic/neuro, sub‑acute)
• Work every other weekend and holiday

Requirements

• RN licensure in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Educational verification
• Minimum 0 years experience (entry‑level acceptable)

Schedule

Night shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
