Travel Nurse RN - Neurology - $2,220 per week

About the role

This position involves providing specialized nursing care on a Medical Surgical Neurology unit within a healthcare facility. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care, administer treatments, and support patient recovery throughout scheduled night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in caring for patients across multiple inpatient units including Medical, Surgical/Pediatric, Orthopedic/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policies
• Document care provided
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in departmental quality improvement activities
• Float between units as needed
• Work every other weekend and holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing License
• Education verification
• NIHSS certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience as a nurse

Schedule

• Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday shifts required
