Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Monitor and support critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in neonatal or ICU nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts
