Travel Nurse RN - MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit - $2,239 per week

About the role

Surgical ICU nurses work in departments of hospitals or surgical centers to care for post-op patients. These patients need constant observation as they come out of anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Care for post-operative patients requiring constant observation
• Monitor vital signs and administer treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in an ICU setting preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
