Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, educate patients and families, and ensure safety protocols.
• Cook with healthcare providers and document patient information accurately.
• Adhere to infection control standards and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor new staff or students if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current BLS certification.
• Competency in Med-Surg nursing.
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills.
