Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Administering medications, documenting patient information, and preparing patients for procedures
• Ensuring patient safety, infection control, and discharge planning
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Managing multiple patients efficiently and advocating for patient needs

Qualifications And Skills Required

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Certified BLS
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Physical ability to move and assist with equipment and patients
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to irregular activity schedules
