About the role
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Brewster, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
