Requirements
- Must have NY license in hand — no exceptions
- Specialty: MS/Tele
- Shift: 4x12 Nights, 1900-0700
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Floating: Required
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Locals accepted: No, must be more than 75 mile radius
- Patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:7 for MedSurg
- Charting: EPIC experience required
- Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required — include valid NIHSS in submittal
- Years of experience: 1 year
Unit details
- High volume unit with 26 beds; cares primarily for CHF patients, acute MIs, post-device care (pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias
- 51-bed unit caring for general surgery patients including colon rectal, ostomies, plastic and cosmetic center patients, breast procedures, and reconstruction surgeries
